What counts as a unit?
All managed rental units and condominium units, such as apartments, parking spaces, storage rooms and commercial premises, as well as all billed ZEV consumption points, count as units. If a rental unit or condominium unit is also a ZEV consumption point, two units are counted. There is no limit on the number of properties.
* Optional third-party services, such as physical letter delivery via Pingen from CHF 3 per letter, may incur additional charges. The costs are clearly shown in LIMMOBI and are only incurred if you expressly use the relevant service.
