ZEV billing without makeshift spreadsheets
LIMMOBI processes consumption data, calculates charges for grid and solar electricity based on the selected tariff model and creates an individual electricity statement for each ZEV participant. Receivables, QR invoices and incoming payments are integrated directly with the property accounting.
With a self-consumption association (ZEV), locally generated solar electricity can be supplied directly to households and commercial users. Since 2025, a virtual ZEV (vZEV) can use the grid operator’s smart meters and combine several metering points into a single virtual metering point. LIMMOBI supports the billing of locally generated electricity and electricity purchased from the grid.

From a simple meter reading to detailed 15-minute billing
Depending on the meters in place and the desired billing model, LIMMOBI can work with simple readings per period or with detailed time-resolved consumption data.
Average tariff
Suitable for meters with an opening and a closing reading. The consumption of the billing period is charged at the stored tariffs.
15-minute tariff
For each 15-minute interval, consumption is allocated between grid and solar electricity and between high and low tariffs. This favours consumption at times of high solar production, which makes environmental and economic sense. This model requires meters that can be read automatically, for example through the smart-me integration.
Assign grid operator costs automatically
Invoices from the grid operator are recorded in the accounting and assigned to the corresponding electricity costs. LIMMOBI uses this information directly when billing ZEV participants. Time-consuming and error-prone calculations in self-built spreadsheets are no longer necessary.
